I broke my foot a few years back and my reaction was the same as yours when you got hit. I was crawling on the floor in pain and screaming. I re-lived the pain when I saw the collision. I have heard sometimes that ankle ligaments can heal on their own, so I hope you don’t need surgery. Our entire family is praying for you speedy recovery! 🙂

I have been a Giants fan for my entire 28 years of existence and I must say you have quickly become one of my all time favorite players. Not just because you are a gifted athlete but you also are a great man and one who seems to be just a normal person. Injuries happen to everyone in life and no matter how much anger or pain we may be in the one thing to remember is that it is life. It will pass and before you know it, you will be back on your feet doing the things you love. Right now you are in pain and angry with what happened (trust me, all us fans think that Cousins could have handled the play differently) but there is a silver lining to this. We know that you and your wife are expecting twins (twins rock by the way and I say that only because I have a twin sister) and now you will be there with your wife more than you would to enjoy this momentous occasion. So while the injury may end your season, it has allowed you to experience your guys first pregnancy and all that goes with it. In ending, Buster I wish you a speedy recovery and enjoy your time with your wife during your guys special occasion.
