Buster….Hang in there. I had an identical injury (actually even worse) 19 years ago. You wont believe it now but you will be back just as strong and fast as you were. I ran marathons I thought I would never run so you will be back behind the plate and running the bases! Good luck with your recovery!

Hey Buster, I couldn’t believe it when I awoke on Thursday morning to find out how you were injured. I admire your work ethics and tenacity in playing the game. You are an inspiration for so many people, young and old. I have worried about how many games you play and the possibility of you getting hurt even though I know its part of the game. I just hope that you will be able to come back (but not too soon) fully recovered so we can watch your great efforts at the game and cheer you on like we have been doing this past year and 1/2 Best wishes to you and take this time to get better and enjoy being with your wife more often than you have been able to in the past!
