Buster,
Get well soon. The boys are bummed that you aren’t going to be able to finish the year, but we are all thinking of you and praying for a full and speedy recovery. Tell the G-Men to keep their heads up and kick some butt while you are out so you can come back in 2012 and play for the two-time defending World Series champions!!!
We are praying for you and your family. Pray that the recovery will be quick and you will be back on the field next year. You will be missed this year.
Hey Buster hope you’re feeling better after the surgery! You have such a big impact on the team and the fans! Working on getting tickets for your first game back. Hoping for a successful recovery. Have fun spending time with family and waiting for the arrival of the twins. Get well soon Buster!
Buster , I’m so happy that things are on track. I was devastated when I got hurt as I’m sure everyone was. I honestly don’t think the team is the same without u but don’t get me wrong I love my Giants but u are definitely a major part of that love. Here is to a speedy yet steady recovery. Don’t come back till I are in tip top shape. No rush. Get well soon and go Giants
Hi Buster! Sorry this is a little late, but I just wanted to send you a little aloha from Hawai’i and wish you a quick recovery! We are missing you on the field, but I hope you also enjoy your mini-vacation and the unexpected, extra time with your family. My fingers are secretly crossed that you will be ready to go for a few games in September, so that when I get back to campus in SF, I can see you at least one more time this season at AT&T park! Take care and get well soon!
Buster!!! We miss you tons but I believe the men in orange can pull off another winning season in your honor! Can’t wait to have you back in full form for next season!!!
My thoughts, prayers and love is with youuu.
(Also congrats on TWINS! If you ever need a babysitter… :P)
Get well soon Buster we need you to be back and even better in 2012. Hope you will be able to come out to the picnic in the park sometime this summer.
Dear Buster,
I hope you get well and will play next season. I think you will still be able to play catcher. You are my favorite player and I like to play catcher but I’m in little league and I’m in the major division so everyone is big and will probably hurt me but I’m still going to try. That guy who ran into you is not very nice. Get well soon.
Ethan Rapoport
Get well soon Buster! We all miss you but don’t rush recovery. Do what you need to do in order to recover 110%! Stay strong and know that everyone is cheering for you. Stay positive and we’ll see you on the diamond next Spring.
Hey man. Really hoping for a speedy and complete recovery. You’re an inspiration to us all, in sickness and in health.
Hey Buster, I am so sorry that you had to endure such pain and disappointment as a result of your nasty accident, but I’m glad your surgery was successful and that you’re on the road to recovery. Like others have said, make the most of the time you have to be with your family and stay POSITIVE. We know you’ll be back with the team as soon as you can and we eagerly await that day. I can already hear the roar of the crowd when you make your first appearance in San Francisco when you return.
my husband art and I send you love and good wishes,

We miss you Buster! Baseball, especially Giant’s fans everywhere, hope they get one their best players back soon. You probably won’t get time to read this, but I think just the number of people showing how much they care for you as a person, not just they best catcher in the National League, wishing you to get better soon will warm your heart. I hope you have a speedy recovery. And this may even be a blessing in disguise because now you get to spend more time with your beautiful twins!! Every cloud has a silver lining. Buster-
Your team is gonna need to be on fire come September to make the playoffs. YOU are the flame that is going to get them started. REFUSE to except your out for the rest of the season and BELIEVE that you WILL be back with your team. Your teammate Pablo Sandoval knows about a book called “The Secret”, you must read and BELIEVE. See you in September my friend.

Your biggest fans,
Timmy and Naya
Get well Buster! Rehab can be tough, grinding and frustrating, (I tore both ACLs in my knees) but there is light at the end of it. You’re invaluable to the team and you’ve already done great things for the Giants. You’re in our thoughts.
Enjoy the arrival of your twins and get your rest. You’ll need it!
Buster, You were the reason my 82 year old mom became a baseball fan. You helped my mom and I bond in a way that I thought wasn’t possible. Thank you. You will be in my prayers this season. Being a dad is important too, so enjoy your babies while getting better. I will wear my “28” Jersey with pride. See you at the park.
So many of us have been so shaken by this incident. Something good will come of it. Heal up and keep your sights set on all you can do.
Dear Buster-
You are greatly missed from this team, but the hope and support remains strong. Hope the surgery went well. Please take your time in recovering – spend time with your family. Your Giants family will be here waiting for when you are ready to come back.
Good luck,
Lauren
Go #28!!!!
Buster,
We are praying for you! Last season (July), we were blessed with twin boys…it was so special watching baseball (the greatest season ever), and having those sweet babies join our family. Once you hold those precious babies in your arms, nothing else will matter. You will be as great of a father as you are an awesome Giants player. God speed getting well, you are in our thoughts every game we watch!
Bob, Sharon, Bobby, Reece and Rowan
Hope you get better as soon as you can Buster.
Dear Buster,
I really miss you. I play softball and I am a catcher as well, and let me tell you, its about the hardest position to play on the field. I’m praying for you to get better. I can’t wait to see you back in uniform.
-Delaney
The bad news: you got hurt; the good news: you’ll have lots of time to bond with your twins.
All the best to you & your family. See you next year.
From a relative in Al.
My wife and I are praying for a full recovery.
Mr. Posey,
Our family hopes that you get well soon! The games just don’t seem to be the same without you. Take care and we hope to see you behind the plate soon!
Even though I don’t know a lot about baseball, don’t worry I’m learning, I know that the catchers spot is about the hardest to play. I would like to thank you buster posey for being an amazing player and I am proud to wear your jersey. I hope you get better real soon. 🙂
We wish you a healthy recovery. We miss your talent and positive attitude at the Giants games. You are such an asset to the team and so much fun to watch. We will count the days till you are able to come back!! Have fun with your family during this “down time.” Take care. Go Giants!

Get well Buster. You were in good hands with Dr. D and Dr. O. See you next year. Stay on top of the Rehab and stay positive!
Ok, here we go again, these are the ones i finished early this morning:
Our newest rook is Brandon
he’s smart and fast with a good gun
he looks to be having big fun
and his grand slam helped us win one.
A lawyer was our Bill
until he felt the thrill
of watching pitchers on the hill
drill darts as if to kill.
Our thirdie’s Pablo Sandoval
he’s slimmer now but just as tall
when he got hurt it cast a pall
we need him back to hit the ball!
We love our Sergio Romo
he sure don’t pitch in slo-mo
the batters be sayin’, “No mo’!”
while swilling Seltzer Bromo.
Let’s not forget our Larry
our team’s hopes and dreams he’ll carry
with Giants’ business he’s careful, very
and our trust he will not bury.
Our first base coach is named Roberto
he tells the runners “stay alert”-o
so they will not by chance get hurt-o
when to second they’re sliding in the dirt-o.
A cool reliever’s Jeremy
he’s kind and helps life’s victims free
but if batters hot aspire to be
they’ll see another side of he.
Our thirdie back-up’s name’s Miguel
he leaps and snags and throws like hell
he smacks the ball and runs pell-mell
we love him ’cause he plays so well.
Another starter’s Zito
he sure can throw that heat-o
and when a hitter’s beat-o
it’s “grab some pine-o, meat-o”.
Our hitting coach is called Bam Bam
he teaches how to hit a grand slam
in interviews he’s a bit of a ham
when the guys hit jacks he yells, “Hot damn!”
In our bullpen’s Javier
with a different look: alot less hair
his bullets he hurls from the mound with flair
and into all batters he puts a scare.
Still to come are Santiago, Ramon, Mark, Chris, Tim F., and Brian S., and Manny, and Rags – hopefully tomorrow!
Have a good day with Kristen today
Love ya kiddo.
