Hang in there Buster! Last fall, my family experienced a heart-wrenching illness and death, but through that all, I was able to keep my sense of hope alive because of the Giants’ success. You were a huge part of that success, and I can’t thank you enough for that. You and the Giants were there for me, in a way… and now we as fans are here for you. Get well soon, and I can’t wait until you’re back.
Buster so sorry about what happend to you maybe this will give mlb the kik to give catcher more pretection get well sonn buster the giants and the whloe bay area is not the same with you take and get well soon mate remeber step by step
I can personally attest to getting trucked at the plate, I was a catcher for 12 years before I joined the marines, on another note that hit was completely unnecessary, he could have most definitely slid around you, but nonetheless it happened, get well soon man we need you.
Get well soon, Buster! It was painful watching you get hurt but you were trying to make a close play and bad things happen but I know you’ll work hard to get better soon and get back to the game you love so much and play so well. Everyone in SF is behind you and cheering for you and it’ll be a great day when we can see you back behind the play. Stay strong.
I wish you a speedy recovery! We are still young so we should heal quickly ( I say we cause I just had surgery to repair torn ligaments in my shoulder)! See ya next season 🙂
Get Well Soon, Buster. You didn’t deserve that awful injury! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Hope you heal quickly. Have to say it was like seeing my own son get clocked like that (He’s your age and was given a concussion in high school with a football hit like that at first base!) All the best to you and your wife!
