My son cried when he was drafted by the little league dodgers here in Fresno. However when he was able to get your number and got to play some catcher he was able to endure.

Buster, I just turned 38 and have been a Giants fan since I was a kid. I have owned many Giants shirts but never had a jersey because I could never decide who’s name to have on it. After this last year watching you play I decided to finally get a jersey and it was a simple choice to have your name and number. I hope your leg heels soon and that you come back at 100%. I was listening to the game on the radio last night and when Dave Fleming described the play at the plate, my heart dropped into my stomach. We all held our collective breath hoping you would be okay. When I heard the MRI results today, I was sick. However, being a glass half full type of girl, I think the silver lining is that you will be able to be there for the birth of the twins and have some quality baby bonding time. Get well soon. We can’t wait to have you back.
