I hope you are feeling better. Last night wasn’t pretty. Seeing you laying on the ground in person just brought tears to my eyes. Everyone couldn’t believe we lost the most amazing catcher in the MLB. We love you SO much. Wherever you are, everyone is praying for you. America is shocked and very sad having heard the news. I hope for a speedy and successful recovery for you. I can never unsee what I saw. You are so amazing, and don’t let this injury get you down. Look at all the people who believe in you and are with you with all the speedbumps in life. You are an amazing ball player, and I love you so much. Everyone does. Stay strong, and get well!
Buster, I hope you recover much faster than what they are saying(that you might be back in September). I think you will be and be even tougher physically and mentally. You made us all proud last year not only as Rookie of the Year but also as World Champion.

I was never been a baseball fan and so I cannot believe how emotional I am about your injury and the possibility that you’ll miss the rest of the season (for your own good). My 3 1/2 year old son broke his arm today and the first thing he said was “Now I have a cast like Posey, but his is better!!”. Even injured you are his idol! When the docs asked him if they could sign it he said “Not yet Posey has to sign it first!” He is a true fan – one whom honestly cried more today when he heard about your injury than when he broke his arm! His cast is orange and wants to decorate it with signatures and Giants stickers. Anything you can do to help this young fan through his injury would be greatly appreciated.
