I think the reason so many Giants fans are so hurt, angry, sad, etc is because we have all watched you come up and carry our embattled team to the highest of heights never forgetting that you are a part of not only the Giants, but a part of our lives as we have suffered the torture, and danced on Market when it paid off. Our children have you on their walls, or wear your name on their jersey’s.
You are family to every SF Giants fan out there, regardless of what writers and sportscasters are paid to say, and we will cheer when you run back onto the field. We will carry your team while you repair your injured wheel, it’s what we do. 🙂

What a terrible and painful injury for you so early in the season. Watching the replay gives me the shivers. I can’t imagine how upset and frustrated you must be. I hope that you have a speedy recovery and are back on your feet soon. We all need you–your teammates (especially the rotation) and the fans. I broke my ankle catching last year in Dixie Little League in Terra Linda. It sucked! I missed the entire playoffs but was there everyday to support from the dugout. I’m back out there this year and can’t wait to see you back out there too! Bought a Posey t-shirt today to show my support! Big ups & get well quick!

I hope you feel and get better. I can’t tell you how many times I had rolled off the concrete stairs, but I have never had broken bones. If I could I would trade my bones with you, so we all could see you playing awesome as always on the field! Hope to see you next year, even stronger!
Buster – you are missed already! get well soon……you have many little “mini posey’s” out there who look up to you, miss you and hate to see you hurt. My youngest son is the proud #28 and the proud catcher of his little single A team…seeing you get hit was a real eye opener for him and all of us of the reality of MLB catching.
