I have torn my ankle up a few times playing basketball, it will get worse before it gets better. During those dog days of recovery I want you to think of the positive things in life. This didn’t need to happen. Open lane, leave the catcher alone, blocking the plate with or without the ball different story. I heard a catcher is not allowed to block the plate without the ball. What happens if he does? Does the run count? I don’t think real baseball fans want the spectacle of seeing a catcher barreled down. It’s not necessary. Take it easy and heal up. Best,
